Patrick Conness is a Senior Process Improvement Engineer at Encapsys, where responsibilities include managing a new market synergy project and developing innovative technologies to achieve 2030 business objectives. Previously, as a Technical Business Development Manager/Advanced Engineer, Patrick led a significant project to construct a manufacturing facility in the United States, while also scaling complex processes and enhancing customer delivery as a Process Engineer II. With a diverse background that includes a co-op role at Appvion, undergraduate research at Iowa State University, and teaching experience, Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Iowa State University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Marquette University.
