Terri Marquardt has extensive laboratory experience in histotechnology and research and development within the medical and diagnostic fields. Currently serving as a Laboratory Technician IV at Encapsys since January 2020, Terri previously held positions as a Histotechnologist at HSHS St. Mary's Hospital Medical Center and Aurora Health Care, where responsibilities included tissue preparation, staining, training students, and managing laboratory projects. From May 2009 to September 2017, Terri was the Associate Manager of Research and Development at PreventionGenetics, focusing on the design and implementation of genetic tests and improving laboratory efficiency. Earlier roles include Assistant Gel Electrophoresis Lab Technician at BioDiagnostics Inc. and an intern at Appleton Paper. Terri holds a degree in Biology and Animal Science from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
