Elyes Ben Hamouda

Elyes Ben Hamouda is an experienced engineering professional with a solid background in the glass manufacturing industry. Currently serving as the Hot End Engineering Manager at Encirc since July 2021, Elyes oversees engineering teams and ware handling, ensuring high production standards for approximately 900 tons of glass daily. Prior experience includes roles as Production Department Manager at SOTUVER, where responsibilities included managing multiple production areas in a 24/7 environment, Hot End Manufacturing, and Cold End operations, achieving significant output and quality control in every role, from team leadership to engineering analysis. Elyes holds a Master’s degree in Innovation Management and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Ecole Nationale d'Ingénieurs de Tunis, complemented by internships and projects in mechanical engineering and productivity improvements.
