Lucy Benson

Lucy Benson (Assoc CIPD) is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Encirc since November 2021, where responsibilities include providing strategic and operational support to over 500 colleagues at the Produce site in Northwich, Cheshire. Prior to this role, Lucy worked at Morrisons for over five years in various positions, including Resourcing Business Partner and People Business Partner within the Manufacturing & Logistics sectors.
