Viktor Hermannsson

Viktor Hermannsson is currently serving as a Justice Lab Legal Administrative Assistant at the ACLU of Louisiana, where the focus is on challenging racially discriminatory policing practices through legal representation and community advocacy. Concurrently, Viktor is a Support Group Manager at Encircle, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting LGBTQ+ individuals and families. Previous experience includes roles as a Legal Assistant at New Orleans Law Firm and Community Outreach and Data Entry Coordinator at InReach, which supports LGBTQ+ asylum seekers and marginalized communities. Viktor also held positions as Community Outreach Coordinator and Assistant Director at Grassroots Campaigns. Education includes a Master of Science in Urban Studies/Affairs from Haden Institute, a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from the University of New Orleans, and ongoing learning through Coursera.
