John McLaughlin is an experienced scientist who has worked for multiple pharmaceutical companies including Encoded Therapeutics Inc., Torch Therapeutics, and Rigel Pharmaceuticals, Inc. John has held various titles such as Senior Scientist II and Principal Scientist, specializing in histology, IHC, ISH, microscopy, image quantification, and managing translational pathology. At Rigel Pharmaceuticals, John developed and implemented automated microscopy cell assays in a screening context for drug discovery.
