Phil Bell

Phil Bell serves as the General Manager and Senior Vice President of Operations and Client Services at Encompass Digital Media, Inc. since December 2015, focusing on delivering core objectives of simplicity, efficiency, and reliability across North American operations. Previously, Phil held the position of Vice President of Operations and Engineering, overseeing digital media solutions for customers in Europe and the Middle East. Prior experience includes roles at Arqiva as Director of Service Excellence, Head of Satellite Operations, and Head of Service Management - Broadcast, as well as leadership in customer operations at VT Communications and as a Transmission Engineer at BBC World Service. Phil holds a BSc in Technology from The Open University and a Diploma in Higher Education in Physics and Mathematics from Crewe and Alsager College of Higher Education.
