Jennifer Baswell has extensive experience in recruitment, with a focus on hospital leadership and home health professionals. Jennifer currently holds the position of Director at Encompass Health since January 2018, transitioning from their previous role as Associate Director at the same company. Prior to that, Jennifer worked for HealthSouth from July 2007 until the acquisition, where Jennifer held the position of Recruitment Manager for Hospital Leadership and Home Health. Jennifer has also served as a Regional Recruiter for the Southwest region, Corporate Recruiter, Employment Coordinator, and Human Resources Assistant. Jennifer graduated from The University of Alabama in 2007 with a degree in Bachelors of Information Science, Public Relations.
