Don Winter has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Don served as the Chief Executive Officer of Encompass Media Group, an Out of Home Media company, from February 2001 onwards. During their tenure, the company gained recognition through awards and accolades, including being named an INC 500 company and winning the US Chamber of Commerce Blue Ribbon Award.
Prior to that, Don Winter was the Chairman of the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce starting in 1995.
In 1987, they founded and owned Resident Magazine, where they managed all aspects of the company, including sales and editorial. Under their leadership, the publication expanded its coverage area and transitioned from a newsprint format to a magazine format. The magazine was sold in August 2021.
