Chitwinder Gill, EIT has a diverse work experience, starting with their most recent role as an Automation Engineer at enCompass Solutions Group in 2023. Prior to this, Chitwinder worked as an Electrical Controls Engineer and Jr. Electrical Controls Engineer for Dynamic Attractions, where they also completed a co-op as an Electrical Controls Engineering Co-op. Chitwinder was previously a Co-Founder at Nautical Motion, a Ramp Agent (Baggage Operations) for Airport Terminal Services, and a Co-Team Lead & Test Engineer Co-op for Algo Communication Products Ltd. Chitwinder also worked as a Deputy Returning Officer for Elections Canada in 2015, where they managed the registration process and ensured compliance with Election Canada policies.
Chitwinder Gill, EIT graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronic Systems Engineering. In January 2018, Gill obtained a certification from Siemens Mechatronic Systems Certification Program Level 1.
