Jennifer Pratt has extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles. Jennifer most recently served as the Chief People Officer at Encompass Technologies since 2022. Prior to that, they held the same position at Transcarent from 2021 to 2022. From 2017 to 2021, Jennifer worked as a Human Resources Executive at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where they focused on employee performance, retention, diversity and inclusion, and people leader training. Before that, they were the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at SGI from 2005 to 2016, where they built the HR function from scratch and contributed to a successful Initial Public Offering. Jennifer also has experience as the Sr Director of Human Resources at New Wave Research from 2003 to 2005 and as the VP of Human Resources at Appiant Technologies from 2000 to 2003.

Jennifer Pratt has a degree in Business Administration with a minor in Industrial Psychology from Morningside University. Jennifer also studied Leading Strategic Growth at Columbia Business School.
