Joaquim Fillola is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director at Encore. Prior to this, Fillola held positions such as Project Manager at St Hilliers and Turner & Townsend, and Consultant at Exponential. With a background as a Construction Manager at Ferrovial, Fillola has a strong foundation in the construction industry. Joaquim obtained their MBA in Business Administration and Management from Esade after completing their education at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
