Aman Kushwaha

Aman Kushwaha is a highly experienced Lead AI Engineer at Encore Automation since May 2025, with a robust background in artificial intelligence and computer vision. Previously, Aman served as a Computer Vision Software Engineer at Inovision, Inc. from January 2023 to May 2025, where responsibilities included the development and deployment of deep learning models for real-time paint inspection systems. As a Research Associate at Michigan Medicine, from May 2022 to December 2022, Aman created a training pipeline for advanced image segmentation models. Aman also has experience as a Research and Development Engineer at BEML LTD., working on the development of an Autonomous Dozer. The early career includes impactful internships at Bhabha Atomic Research Centre and Chhattisgarh State Power Distribution Company Limited, as well as a leadership role for an electrical team in a national robotics competition. Aman holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Raipur.
