Naveen Joon

Naveen Joon has a robust background in engineering and technology management, with over a decade of experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Associate Director of Engineering at PureSoftware Ltd since March 2018, Naveen has also held multiple positions at Encore Capital Group since December 2011, ranging from Application Manager to Senior Application Manager. Previous roles include Sr. IT Consultant at Fujitsu Consulting India and PL at HCL Technologies, as well as SSE at HSBC Global Technology India. Naveen Joon earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology from 1999 to 2003.
