Shantanu Dey

Shantanu Dey has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Shantanu started their career at Hyatt Hotels Corporation as an Operations Executive from June 2000 to March 2002. Shantanu then worked as a Customer Service Executive at American Express from April 2002 to October 2003. Following this, they joined Dell International Services India Private Limited as a Process Leader in Business Process Improvement from October 2003 to June 2006. Shantanu then worked at EXL Services (India) Pvt. Ltd. as a Management Consultant and Six Sigma Black Belt from June 2006 to September 2007. After that, they worked at RvaluE Consulting as a Master Black Belt in Business Transformation from September 2007 to March 2009.

In 2009, Shantanu joined Encore Capital Group, where they have held various positions. Shantanu began as an Assistant VP, Strategic Initiatives from April 2009 to February 2012. Shantanu then became a Director in Business Transformation and Quality Assurance from March 2012 to February 2017. From March 2017 to March 2020, they served as a Senior Director in Business Transformation, Quality Assurance & MIS. Shantanu's most recent roles at Encore Capital Group include Senior Director in Business Strategy and Global Operations Support from March 2020 to February 2021 and currently holds the position of Vice President in Business Strategy and Global Operations Support, starting from March 2021.

Shantanu Dey completed an Advanced Program in Fintech and Financial Blockchain from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta in 2022. In 2015, they also completed a Management Development Program in General Management for Senior level Executives from the same institute. In 2008, Shantanu obtained a Master Black Belt qualification from the Indian Statistical Institute. Prior to that, they earned a BA Hons degree from Queen Margaret University in 2000. Shantanu also holds a certification in ASQ CSSBB (Black Belt) from the American Society for Quality (ASQ).
