Jillian Horrigan has a diverse background in various industries. Jillian currently holds the position of Vice-President of Talent, Culture & People at Encore Fire Protection since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Corporate Development at Encore Fire Protection starting from January 2018. Additionally, at Encore Fire Protection, they held the role of Director of Sales & Customer Advocacy from February 2017 to January 2018.

Earlier in their career, Jillian worked at SmartBus LIVE! as the Regional Director from June 2010 to May 2012. Jillian'srole at the technology start-up involved legislative lobbying and subsequently focusing on sales and expansion within the enabled states for a school bus stop-arm application.

Jillian's work experience also includes their tenure at Sun Life Financial as an Internal Wholesaler from March 2008 to March 2010.

Jillian Horrigan completed their education between 2002 and 2006, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Bentley University.
