Matthias Dean-Carpentier

Matthias Dean-Carpentier is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in renewable energy, particularly in solar development. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Encore Renewable Energy since July 2025, Matthias previously held key roles including Senior Development Manager at CleanChoice Energy and Development Manager at Distributed Sun LLC. With a strong background in technical services management and asset performance monitoring, Matthias has successfully managed numerous solar projects across New England, developed strategic partnerships, and engaged with local communities. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Geophysical Sciences from the University of Chicago and a Master of Science in Renewable Energy Engineering from the Oregon Institute of Technology.
