Heather Lindsey has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Heather started their career in 2011 as an Administrative Assistant at Super Systems Optical Technologies, where they gained experience in word processing, spreadsheets, and data entry. Heather also provided support to management and filled in for the shipping department when necessary. In 2013, they joined CBTS as a Purchasing Agent, responsible for creating, processing, and revising purchase orders, maintaining order and inventory records, and resolving invoice issues with vendors. After working there for three years, they moved on to Encore Technologies in 2016, starting as a Billing Administrator and later transitioning to the role of Service Operations Coordinator. Currently, Heather is employed at Encore Technologies as a Service Operations Analyst. Additionally, in 2020, they also took up a Senior Agent position at Keller Williams Seven Hills Realty.

Heather Lindsey completed their Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Indiana Wesleyan University from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce, General from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business, where they studied from 2006 to 2010.
