George Reinhardt, Jr. is a highly experienced architect with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as a Senior Architect at Encorus Group since August 2020, George specializes in park designs, building renovations, and confidential government projects while mentoring associates and collaborating with various engineering disciplines. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Project Manager at Resetarits Construction Corp, where George managed apartment complex projects in Connecticut, and as an architect at Shalfucas Architects, focusing on large-scale renovations for governmental and medical buildings. George has also held diverse roles in estimating and project management in multiple construction firms. George holds a Master of Architecture from the University at Buffalo, complemented by a Bachelor of Applied Science and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Building Construction Technology.

Encorus Group was founded in 1996, and now includes over 70 full-time employees operating out of offices in Springville, NY, and West Seneca, NY. Encorus is certified both federally and through New York State as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Our design group includes multi-state licensed professional engineers, junior engineers, architects, drafters, project managers, and administrative personnel. These personnel cover all major engineering disciplines including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and fire protection. The firm has an NQA-1 Quality Assurance Program in place. As a complement to its design services, the Encorus Group operates a fully equipped and accredited in-house civil materials testing laboratory. This group provides comprehensive field inspection of concrete, masonry, soils, asphalt, structural steel, and other construction related materials, as well as the associated laboratory testing required to meet specifications and standards. Our non-destructive testing division offers services such as on-site radiography. Our mechanical integrity group collectively has over 50 years’ experience providing a complete range of mechanical and asset integrity services, including field inspections, data evaluation, detailed reporting, fitness for service evaluations and development of repair procedures as necessary. Their extensive experience encompasses the inspection and evaluation of fixed equipment in a variety of industries, including energy, oil and gas, chemical, petrochemical, fabrications and food.
