Tara Lowry, CPSM, has extensive experience in marketing and business development, currently serving as Marketing Supervisor at Encorus Group since September 2012, after progressing through various marketing roles within the company. Key responsibilities include creating proposals, managing social media, coordinating trade shows, developing content, assisting with website development, and fostering company culture. Previous roles include Commercial Sales at South Towns Appliance, where Tara developed targeted mailing lists, and Store Manager at Sunsational Pool Remodeling and Supply, overseeing daily operations and employee management. Tara holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Hilbert College.

Encorus Group was founded in 1996, and now includes over 70 full-time employees operating out of offices in Springville, NY, and West Seneca, NY. Encorus is certified both federally and through New York State as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Our design group includes multi-state licensed professional engineers, junior engineers, architects, drafters, project managers, and administrative personnel. These personnel cover all major engineering disciplines including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and fire protection. The firm has an NQA-1 Quality Assurance Program in place. As a complement to its design services, the Encorus Group operates a fully equipped and accredited in-house civil materials testing laboratory. This group provides comprehensive field inspection of concrete, masonry, soils, asphalt, structural steel, and other construction related materials, as well as the associated laboratory testing required to meet specifications and standards. Our non-destructive testing division offers services such as on-site radiography. Our mechanical integrity group collectively has over 50 years’ experience providing a complete range of mechanical and asset integrity services, including field inspections, data evaluation, detailed reporting, fitness for service evaluations and development of repair procedures as necessary. Their extensive experience encompasses the inspection and evaluation of fixed equipment in a variety of industries, including energy, oil and gas, chemical, petrochemical, fabrications and food.
