Apryl Sharrah is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engagement, communications, and recruitment strategies. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Encourage Engagement and Communications at Encoura, Apryl leads the user engagement and communication strategies for the Encourage app and platform. Previously, Apryl spent nearly nine years at Arizona State University, culminating in the role of Director of Recruitment Experience and Communications, where oversight of over 130 personalized events and 400 virtual events enhanced recruitment efforts for various student demographics. Apryl's career also includes roles in marketing management and volunteer work supporting at-risk youth through the arts. Apryl holds a BA in Business (Marketing), English (Creative Writing), and Communication from Arizona State University, supplemented by leadership training.
