William J. McGee Jr. is senior vice president, chief legal officer and corporate secretary of Encova. He is responsible for overseeing the enterprise risk management, information security, compliance and claims litigation functions of the organization.
Bill was previously general counsel and chief risk and compliance officer for BrickStreet Insurance; he also had a distinguished career at Jenkins Fenstermaker PLLC, in Huntington, West Virginia. While in private practice, Bill focused his practice on corporate taxation, ERISA compliance and general business law.
Bill holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Northwestern University and is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Law.
