Brad Rittler

Brad Rittler is a seasoned executive in sales and business development with extensive experience in the technology and IoT sectors. As Vice President of Channel Sales & Business Development at Encycle since 2017, Rittler plays a key role in promoting innovative AI-enhanced energy management solutions that significantly reduce HVAC-related energy costs. Prior to Encycle, Rittler spent 16 years at Echelon Corporation, where Brad held several leadership positions, including Global Sales Director for Strategic Accounts and Global Director of Key Accounts, contributing to advancements in IoT technology for various industrial applications. Rittler's earlier career includes significant roles at Honeywell, where expertise in building automation and sales engineering was developed, as well as a partnership at Long Green Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. Rittler holds a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Loyola University Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Marketing from Towson University.
