Andra Blajan

Andra Blajan is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial reporting, compliance, and audit. Currently serving as Deputy Group Financial Controller at Endava since July 2014, Andra leads the Group Reporting team, managing the month-end close process, coordination of financial audits, and the preparation of consolidated financial statements under IFRS. Notable contributions include pivotal involvement in the Group's IPO on the New York Stock Exchange in 2018 and expertise in IFRS standards, M&A accounting, and financial modeling. Previous roles include Group Reporting Manager and Senior Accountant at Endava, along with experience at E.ON Business Services Cluj and KPMG Romania, where Andra excelled in audit leadership and financial planning. Andra holds an ACCA membership and a Master's degree in Audit and Accounting from Babes Bolyai University.
