Marcela Gomez

Marcela Gomez is a seasoned professional in people development and recruitment with a focus on organizational culture and engagement. Currently serving as a Senior People Development & Recruitment Business Partner at Endava since February 2019, Marcela has also held roles such as Culture & Engagement Lead for Latin America and People Development & Communications Lead. Prior experience includes a position in Change Management at Universidad EAFIT from January 2015 to January 2019. Marcela holds several degrees from Universidad EAFIT, including a specialization in Organizational Human Development (2020-2021), a course in Innovative Idea Development for Organizational Development (2018), and a bachelor's degree in Psychology (2011-2015).
