Rob MacHin

Rob Machin leads our delivery locations and global people functions, including HR, people development and recruitment, while overseeing our global engineering capability across multiple delivery locations. With over 30 years in the IT industry and a career at Endava spanning more than two decades, Rob previously served as COO and has held various leadership roles, including running our Client Delivery Function and serving as Chief Technical Architect. A Fellow of the British Computer Society and Chartered IT Professional, Rob brings extensive experience in delivering large-scale IT programmes and complex technology transformations.
