Romola Ratnam

Romola Ratnam currently serves as Senior Vice President and Head of Impact, Inclusion, and Advocacy at Endeavor, a role that supports social responsibility and DEI initiatives while engaging with government entities and nonprofit organizations. Ratnam has also held the position of Senior Vice President for Social Impact at Endeavor, enhancing the organization's influence in sports, entertainment, and fashion. Previously, Ratnam was Director of Corporate and Sports Partnerships at UNICEF USA, focusing on alliances benefiting children globally. As Co-Executive Director of the SEED Project, Ratnam promoted youth potential through sports and education in West Africa. Earlier career experiences include managing global marketing programs at Foxrock Partners and business development for the NBA. Ratnam earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from New York University.
