Kate Castriota

Kate Castriota is an accomplished change management professional with extensive experience in organisational change, stakeholder engagement, and project management. Currently serving as an Enterprise Change Manager at Endeavour Foundation since September 2021, Kate has developed the organisation's change framework and tailored assessments to enhance change capability and resilience. Previous roles at the Queensland Department of Education included Change Management Lead, where Kate managed change initiatives affecting a global user base of over 1,200 and led successful Office 365 rollouts impacting more than 600,000 users. Kate's educational background includes a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood Education from Queensland University of Technology and a Graduate Certificate in Migration Law from The Australian National University.
