Richard Torrens serves as the Head of Mergers & Acquisitions at Endeavour Group since July 2021. Previously, Richard held various finance leadership roles at Woolworths Group, including Head of Finance for Transaction Support, GM Finance for Pinnacle, and Interim GM Finance for BWS. Richard's earlier experience includes positions at Tui Travel PLC as Divisional Finance Director for the Adventure Division and Head of Financial Planning & Analysis for TUI UK&I Mainstream, where strategic planning and M&A support were key responsibilities. Richard also worked at EY as a Senior Executive in Transaction Support and at PwC in Audit and Business Advisory Services. Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from Nottingham Trent University.
