Murtaza Mehdi has extensive work experience in the field of corporate accounting. Murtaza started their career at Simon Cooper & Co Business Advisers & Registered Auditors as a Senior Accountant in November 2008 and continued in that role until 2011. Murtaza then joined Collett Hulance as a Senior Accountant in 2011. In 2012, they joined TMF Group as a Corporate Accounting Manager and held that position until 2018. Murtaza then joined PwC as an Accounting Services Manager from June 2018 to October 2019. Currently, they are working at Endeavour Mining as the Head of Corporate Accounting, a position they have held since October 2019.
Murtaza Mehdi studied Accountancy and Audit at the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, where they became an ACCA Member from 2006 to 2009. Murtaza also pursued a BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting at Oxford Brookes University from 2007 to 2010.
