George Apostolopoulos has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. George began their career as an IP Software Engineer at Redback Networks in 1999 and worked there until 2004. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as a Researcher at ICS-FORTH. In 2007, they joined Ericsson as a Principal Engineer and stayed with the company until 2014. After that, they worked as a Manager at Caspida from 2014 to 2015. From 2015 to 2020, they held the position of Director of Engineering at Splunk. In 2020, they joined F5 as a Director of Engineering and worked there until 2021. Currently, they are employed at Endor Labs as an Engineering professional, starting from November 2021.

George Apostolopoulos attended the University of Patras from 1988 to 1993, where they earned a B.Sc degree in Computer Science. George then continued their education at the University of Maryland from 1994 to 1999, where they obtained a PhD in Computer Science.
