Ajay Monteiro

Ajay Monteiro currently serves as the Head HR & Admin for Endress+Hauser Group in India since September 2021. Previously, Ajay held the title of Lead HR & Admin at BASF, where responsibilities included corporate talent acquisition and diversity initiatives for a manufacturing site. Earlier experience includes roles as Lead HR for YES BANK's Product Business, Lead HR at L&T Infrastructure Finance Co Ltd, and multiple positions in talent acquisition at BASF, Tata Consultancy Services, and Wipro Technologies. Ajay earned an MBA specializing in Human Resources Development from St. Joseph's College of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Commerce from Christ College.
