Scott Gilbert

Scott Gilbert serves as the Head of People Attraction and Development at Endress+Hauser Group since January 2020, overseeing global Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Learning & Development. Prior to this role, Scott held the position of Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Clariant from July 2014 to January 2020, where responsibilities included steering the Global Talent Acquisition strategy and managing regional teams. Scott's earlier experience includes roles at DSM, focusing on the development of the Global Talent Platform, and at HAL Allergy as Director of HR & Organizational Development, where international HR strategies were implemented. Scott began a career in recruitment management at Michael Page International, leading a team in finance recruitment. Scott holds a BSc in International Finance from Philadelphia University.
