Jaffray Hill is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and project management across various sectors. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CFO at ENDVR.io since January 2019, Jaffray is focused on empowering sales associates as brand ambassadors through innovative sales contests and gamification. Previously Co-Founder and Co-CEO of NewKnow, a cloud-based training platform, Jaffray enhanced retail staff communication and training from January 2015 to April 2019. A background in project management includes roles at Fern Cliff Property Development and Radialpoint, along with business management at Mulcair, where operational and financial responsibilities were key. Jaffray also has experience in business analysis at Penson Financial Services and research assistance at the Bank of Canada, alongside early retail experience at Sport Chek. Jaffray holds a BBA in Finance and Economics from Bishop's University and completed a business transfer program at Mount Royal University.
