Antonella Fanelli

Antonella Fanelli is the Head of People Operations Competence Center at Enel Group, overseeing HR planning, organization, and compensation for approximately 32,000 employees across Europe and Latin America. Previously, Antonella served as the Head of People Operations and Industrial Relations in Enel Romania, where responsibilities included managing HR processes for 3,200 employees and supporting corporate divestitures. With extensive experience in HR planning, reporting, and development, Antonella has held various leadership roles within the Enel Group since 1997, contributing to HR initiatives for a global workforce of 69,000. Antonella's educational background includes an MBA from Luiss Business School and a master's degree from Sciences Po, complemented by leadership and marketing programs from esteemed institutions.
