Steve Davis

Steve Davis is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in the energy and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Head of People and Organization at Enel Group since February 2015, Steve has significantly contributed to the growth of the North American division, expanding the workforce from 325 to 1,800 employees through targeted hiring strategies. Previous roles include leading human resources at IVAIA Technologies, where responsibilities encompassed strategic staffing, workforce planning, and company branding initiatives. Additional roles include Executive Vice President at Seis-Stream Global, Vice President at System One, and Area Technical Manager at Kelly Engineering, focusing on talent management, operational support, and employee development.
