Head Of Information System Governance at Eneo Cameroon S.A.

Cathy Ngo Mbend has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Cathy is currently working as an Associée Teacher at Keyce Academy since September 2022. Prior to this, they were the Head of Information System Governance at Eneo Cameroon S.A. starting from February 2018.

From September 2015 to January 2018, Cathy worked at ENEO CAMEROON SA as the Head of Information System Security. Cathy also served as the Interim Deputy Director of Infrastructure and Collaboration Tools from February 2015 to August 2015.

Before joining ENEO CAMEROON SA, they worked at AES SONEL. Their roles included being the Division Manager for Radio and Telecommunications from February 2012 to January 2015, IPT Administrator from May 2007 to January 2012, and Research Engineer from March 2006 to April 2007.

Cathy's career began at the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications of Cameroon, where they worked as a Service Manager responsible for telecommunications development from November 2001 to February 2006.

Cathy Ngo Mbend received their education in several prestigious institutions. Cathy obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Production Management from Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Economiques et Commerciales de Douala, completing their studies from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they pursued their passion for computer engineering at Ecole Nationale Supérieure Polytechnique de Yaoundé, where they earned a Diplôme d'ingénieur de Conception in Computer Engineering from 2002 to 2005. Before their time at Polytechnique, Cathy obtained a Diplôme d'Ingénieur des Travaux in Telecommunications Engineering from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Postes et Télécommunications de Yaoundé between 1999 and 2001.

In addition to their formal education, Cathy has also obtained various certifications to enhance their professional expertise. In 2018, they became a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) through the ISACA institution. Furthermore, they achieved the titles of Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and Certified In Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) from ISACA in 2022. These certifications highlight Cathy's commitment to staying current in the field of information systems and their dedication to maintaining high standards in risk management and information security.
