Wilfred Ntuba has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Wilfred started their career at Visa International Service Center as a Call Center Supervisor in 1993. Wilfred then worked as a Staff Accountant at Baltimore Jewish Times before joining Standard Chartered Bank Cameroon as a Management Accounting Manager in 1999. Wilfred later became the CFO and Executive Director at Standard Chartered Bank Cameroon, holding the position until 2007. From 2007 to 2009, they served as the CFO and Executive Director at Standard Chartered Bank Gambia. Wilfred then joined Standard Chartered Bank South Africa as the CFO in 2009 and continued in this role until 2014. Additionally, Ntuba held the position of Non Executive Director at Standard Chartered Securities South Africa (Pty) Ltd and SC Securities Africa Holdings Ltd from 2012 to 2014. In 2014, they joined Eneo Cameroon S.A. and held various roles including CFO, Head of Strategy & Performance, Director of Operations Support, and currently serves as the Director of Audit & Compliance.
Wilfred Ntuba began their education with a GCE A Level degree from www.forest.org.uk between 1987 and 1989. Wilfred then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Management Sciences (Accounting) at Coppin State University in Baltimore, MD, USA, from 1989 to 1992. Wilfred continued their education by obtaining an MBA degree in Finance from the University of Baltimore in Maryland, USA, from 1993 to 1996. In 2018, they enrolled at Harvard Extension School, focusing on Leadership.
