Marco Niems

Marco Niems is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Business Analytics at enercity since March 2023. Prior to this role, Marco held the position of Referent Business Controlling at Swiss Life Deutschland from January 2021 to February 2023. Between January 2016 and December 2020, Marco worked at V-LINE EUROPE GmbH, where responsibilities included Group Controlling, SAP BW Power User, Junior-Controller, and roles in Customer Service, Purchase, and Sales. Marco is pursuing a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence at IU International University of Applied Sciences, expected to be completed in 2024, following a Bachelor of Science in Wirtschaftsinformatik obtained from the same institution in 2019, as well as a Kaufmann im Groß-und Außenhandel degree from BBS Handel Hannover in 2016.
