Enerco Energy is one of Ireland’s leading renewable energy developers with our core activity being the development and construction of medium to large scale wind farms. Since 2000 we have utilized solar panels to provide a significant contribution towards our electricity demand at Enerco HQ. We believe that solar energy is becoming an increasingly economic choice as the technology gets cheaper. Enerco has a pipeline of sites at various stage of preparation for development across the country.

More recently, we have started trading in energy. Our Trading division trades the output of our wind farms in Ireland’s new electricity market, adding further value in the Irish, British, Dutch and French  power markets.

Extensive community consultation is carried out to ensure that Enerco projects bring many benefits to local people and businesses and we are proud of the positive relationship we enjoy with the public as a result.
