Roland Roy began their work experience as an Engineer at WorkSafeNB in 2003, where they worked until 2015. In 2015, they joined Stantec Consulting as a Senior HSE Consultant for Canada. Roland held this position until 2022 when they became the Director of Health and Safety at Énergie NB Power.
Roland Roy obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Forest Engineering from the University of New Brunswick between 1982 and 1988. In 2009, they became a Canadian Registered Safety Professional certified by the Board of Certified Registered Safety Professionals.
