Jan Ove Nielsen

Jan Ove Nielsen is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in the energy and electrical engineering sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Energinet since May 2021, Jan Ove Nielsen previously held the role of Project Manager for export cables at Ørsted from February 2019 to April 2021, and returned to Energinet in a senior capacity from September 2017 to January 2019. Prior experience includes a decade at nkt cables a/s as Project Manager, a managerial position in New Product Development and Technical Application Services at Cooper Bussmann, and roles at NCC Construction, Siemens A/S, and Lemming & Eriksson a·s. Jan Ove Nielsen earned a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark between 1986 and 1993.
