Lotte Nielsen

Lotte Nielsen is currently working as a Configuration Manager at Energinet since September 2021. Previously, Lotte held the same position at IBM from October 2018 to March 2021 and at KMD from November 1986 to September 2018. With a background in history and mathematics, Lotte has extensive experience in designing and implementing CMDB structures under the ITIL framework, providing support, and implementing ISO 20000 standards. Lotte also has experience in teaching configuration management and has been involved in various project implementations related to ITIL and customer deployments.
