Stina Willumsen

Stina Willumsen has extensive work experience primarily in the energy sector. Stina has held several senior leadership roles at Energinet, including Group Senior Vice President and Director for HR, Strategy & Communication. Throughout their career at Energinet, they have been responsible for strategy development, communication, and regulatory affairs. Willumsen has also served as a board member at various companies within the energy industry, including Energinet Elsystemansvar, Energinet Gas TSO, Energinet Eltransmission A/S, and Energinet Teknik og Anlæg. Prior to their work at Energinet, they worked as a Strategic HR Advisor at Fredericia Kommune and held the position of Rådmand at Odense Kommune. Willumsen also has experience in political roles, serving as a Member of the City Council for Odense Municipality and as a board member at KL. Stina has a background in energy policy and has provided strategic advice in that field as well.

Stina Willumsen has a diverse education history, starting with their enrollment at Glamsbjerg Friskole from 1983 to 1993. Stina then attended Vestfyns Gymnasium from 1994 to 1997, where they completed their secondary education with a focus on language studies. In 1999, Stina pursued a Bachelor's degree in Political Science at Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark, which they successfully obtained in 2006. In 2008 and 2009, they attended Danmarks Medie- og Journalisthøjskole, completing courses in environmental journalism and public affairs, earning a diploma. Stina furthered their education by completing a Diploma program in Psychology at University College Lillebælt from 2013 to 2018. In 2012, they participated in a certificate program at Harvard Kennedy School, specializing in Senior Executives in State and Local Government. Finally, in 2018 and 2019, Stina completed the Bestyrelsesuddannelsen at CBS Executive Fonden.
