Kiran Sankhye

Kiran Sankhye has over three decades of experience in engineering and operations management, currently serving as Sr. Shared Services Manager for Strategic Projects at Energizer since July 1997. In this role, Kiran leads a global cross-functional team to implement significant lithium capacity expansion and modernization projects in Singapore. Previous roles at Energizer include managing operations for a team of 27, coordinating major technology transfers, and leading value streams to enhance productivity and quality through lean principles. Prior to Energizer, Kiran worked at GSK as a Plant Engineer, where responsibilities included managing infrastructure, supporting process improvements, and implementing cost-saving methods. Kiran's early career at Bajaj Auto Ltd focused on manufacturing special purpose machines and continuous improvement initiatives. Kiran holds an MS in Computer Integrated Manufacturing from Nanyang Technological University, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and has a BE in Electrical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
