Terence leads our global product supply organization, which is responsible for delivering new product ideas, improving the performance and cost of existing products, and finding ways to keep pace with the competition.
Terence joined Energizer in 2015 with extensive experience in leadership and research and development. Prior to joining Energizer, he led global design and packaging development efforts for Colgate-Palmolive's home care division. Before joining Colgate, Terence spent more than 25 years with Procter & Gamble in a variety of business units, positions, capacities, geographies and consumer brands.
Terence holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from the University of Alabama.
