Ben Ostrander, PMP, is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as a Consultant at PCI Government Services LLC since June 2023, Ben has previously held Project Manager positions at Craneware and Carilion Clinic from July 2022 to June 2023 and May 2016 to July 2022, respectively. Prior project management roles include JPI from 2015 to 2016 and Integrated Federal Solutions from 2013 to 2015, where Ben also worked as a Senior Consultant. Ben began a career in finance as a Financial Analyst at BAE Systems from 2012 to 2013 and as a Management Consultant at BDO USA, LLP from 2009 to 2012. Academically, Ben holds a Master's degree in Trust & Investment Management from Campbell University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Bridgewater College.

Our core business is hydropower sector. We operate hydropower plants in the Czech Republic, Georgia, Bulgaria and Turkey. The total installed capacity of our power plants is 862 MW, while the annual power generation is more than 3 TWh. We also operate distribution grids in Bulgaria and Georgia with more than 2 million grid customers. We participate in cross-border electricity trading as well. Part of our ENERGO-PRO Group, headquartered in Prague, is a Slovenian water turbines manufacturer Litostroj Power. Its part is a Czech company Litostroj Engineering (former ČKD Blansko Engineering), which focuses on research, design and engineering works. We supply equipment for hydropower plants, including the pumping ones. We have carried out projects in more than 60 countries of the world. Our company sticks to the principle of responsibility towards the environment, as well as towards our employees who we support in their professional and personal growth.
