Frances Ariola

Frances Ariola serves as the Head of Corporate Communications at Energy Development Corporation, a position held since August 2003, and possesses extensive experience in strategic public relations, crisis communication, events management, and audio-visual production management. As the Global Reporting Initiative Project Head, Frances successfully led teams in producing the Philippines' first GRI-checked and externally validated integrated annual and sustainability reports during the 2010, 2011, 2014, and 2015 cycles. Prior roles include public relations expert, external branding specialist, and senior project copywriter at Group Asia from 2000 to 2002, where advanced face-to-face communication skills were utilized in creating scripts for brand road shows. Frances holds a degree in AB-Organizational Communication from De La Salle University and certifications in risk and crisis communication from the Asian Risk Management Institute and the National University of Singapore.
