Manny Ayala

Manny Ayala is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. As Co-Founder and Managing Director of Endeavor Philippines since December 2014, Manny focuses on supporting high-impact entrepreneurs by facilitating their access to networks and capital. Additionally, Manny co-founded Hatchd Inc. in 2010 and serves as a Board Trustee at the University of Asia and the Pacific, as well as a Board Director at Energy Development Corporation and Sky Cable. Previous positions include Board Director at First Metro Investment Corporation, Managing Director at IRG Ltd., Head of Programming & Strategy at Discovery Communications, and Vice President at Turner Broadcasting. Manny holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Yale University.
