Badar Said al Hajri

Badar Said Al Hajri, Assoc CIPD, currently serves as the Head of the Executive Office at Energy Development Oman since October 2022, providing strategic support to the CEO and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Previously, Badar held the role of Head of Corporate Affairs at Energy Development Oman, enhancing brand visibility and managing administrative operations. Earlier experience includes a secondment at Omran Group OM and serving as HR Manager at Yiti Tourism Development Company LLC, where Badar promoted organizational culture and diversity. Badar's career also features positions as an HR Officer at Oman Investment Fund Holding Company and Sovereign Wealth Fund, and as an HR Generalist & Recruiter at Weatherford. Badar possesses an Executive MBA from The London School of Economics and a Level 5 CIPD Intermediate Diploma in HR Management, alongside a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration from Sultan Qaboos University.
